Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the sauna is disassembled and securely packed in its original wooden crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Scheduled Inspection
Once the unit reaches our facility, our technicians will perform a thorough inspection to verify all components are present and in original condition.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will process your refund back to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
